How We Got Here
SUMMIT Physical Therapy & Rehab was opened in 1999 to offer residents of Claremore and Rogers County a state-of-the-art facility that offered all the services they needed under one roof without the drive to Tulsa.

Fully Equipped Clinics
With the latest equipment and state-of-the-art clinics, we’re able to offer effective therapy for anyone who needs it. We also have a warm water pool with a wheel chair lift to help patients with many different orthopedic restraints.
