PUBLIC WELLNESS SEMINAR ON JAN. 21

6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 8094 E. Market St.

WARREN, Ohio – Drayer Physical Therapy Institute is offering a free public wellness seminar from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 21 at its Warren outpatient center, 8094 E. Market St.

The topics will include choosing the right exercises, fads and fallacies of training, and performance safety and proper mechanics.

The speakers will be Clint Page, Drayer physical therapist and center manager; Dr. Michael Daniels of Ankle & Foot Care Centers; Joel Younkins, physical preparation coach, Joel Younkins Training; and a representative of Vertical Runner. They also will participate in a question-and-answer session.

Door prizes will be given to the first 15 people in attendance.
